Many foot problems are caused by Arthritis, Bunions, Contracture, Diabetes-related foot conditions, Foot and ankle instability, Fractures, Growth plate injuries, Hammer toes, Heel spurs, Neuromas, Osteoarthritis, Pediatric and congenital, deformities of the feet, Plantar fasciitis, Shin splints, Soft tissue and bone tumors, Spasticity, Sprains/strains, Stress fractures, Tendonitis. Some of the people have had a minor problem with a toe, foot, or ankle. Most of the time because the feet do not supporting body weight and body movements, that symptoms develop from everyday wear and tear or overuse. But they all lead into two major fundamental causes: The blood accumulate of impurities can easily settle at specific areas of the body and block the normal flow of bodily fluid, such as Blood Sugar, Triglyceride and Uric Acid, thus causing swelling. Common causes such as too much salt or sodium intake, side effects of drugs and medications, kidney and liver diseases can all lead to a high density of impurities in the blood.
In reality, poor blood circulation is the major problem of swelling. The blood circulation slower than normal, blood containing metabolic wastes may back up into some areas of the body and inflate the blood vessels and tissues, thus causing bruises and swelling. Common causes such as burns and sunburn, heart and circulatory diseases, and inflammation can all lead to poor blood circulation.
